SHERRI STUDIOS IS OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  DUE TO THE NATURE OF OUR SEMI-INVASIVE SERVICES, WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR NO GUEST POLICY. ONLY THOSE WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO

Lateness:

Guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in.  We have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency.  Late arrivals will be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited. An additional deposit of $100 will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your schedule appointment time.

Cancellations:

If you have to cancel for any reason, please allow 48-hour notice when rescheduling your appointment. Please note deposits are Non-Refundable if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48-hours’ notice, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule another appointment if less than 48-hours’ notice.

Appointment Deposit:

A $100 Non-Refundable deposit is due upon booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment and keep in mind that the procedure takes anywhere from 2-3 hours and that time is marked off and scheduled just for you. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial procedure and the remaining balance will be due on your appointment day. The deposit is non-refundable if at anytime you choose to cancel your appointment but is transferable if you choose to reschedule for a different date as long as it's within the 48-hour window. If you try to reschedule after 48-hours you will have to pay another deposit and book a new appointment. 

Appointment Balance:

Remaining balance will be paid the day of schedule appointment with either cash,credit card, paypal, or venmo. Cash is preferred. Please not if you pay with credit card, you will be subjected to credit card fees. Due to the nature of our detailed services, the artists’ focus is solely on the design and satisfaction of their customers.  Unlike a traditional salon, there is no receptionist or cash register present in the studio to handle transactions. 

Complementary Enhancement Session:

Your first touch or perfecting session after your initial treatment is free. This cannot be scheduled sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 12 weeks following your initial session. If you pass the 12 weeks window, charges will apply for touch-ups.  The perfecting session is critical for best results. Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for individuals with oily and problematic skin. Additionally, the same policy applies to your touch-up appointment. Although the touch-up is free if you need to reschedule please do so as soon as possible and before the 48-hour window. If you reschedule last minute additional charges will apply to schedule another appointment along with no call or no shows. Please be respectful and don't be late to your follow-up appointment. 


* Please Note: Touch Up for eyebrows that were initially done with someone else is still considered a new client and will pay the “New Client Rate”*.

This is considered a corrective work and not a touch-up because we do not know what pigment was used from your previous artist, and it is more difficult to correct the symmetry of your brows due to the fact that we have to respect what’s already there. Every artist is different and has their own style of work so it is very important to understand and keep it mind that when you’re shopping around for an artist, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE shop by their portfolio and love the work that they provide and not by their rate. IT IS NOT WORTH TAKING A GAMBLE WITH YOUR FACE TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS!

Once Again, Microblading is not a onetime process. Therefore, healed results will vary from person to person. And once again “NO” Guarantees will be made. For optimal results and long term care of your brows, the aftercare is CRUCIAL!

Future Touch-Ups:

If you are a returning client and you need to schedule a touch up appointment, you can book online, email or call the studio to schedule and appointment. Touch-up rates is calculated based on your last visit. (For example: If your last appointment was in January and you schedule a touch-up for September. You would book an appointment for your 9 Months touch-up).

Existing Brow Tattoos:

If you had your brows previously microbladed or tattooed please email a clear recent picture to info@sherristudios.com for approval.

Gratuities:

Cash gratuities is preferred or Venmo. They are not necessary but welcomed, of course. :)

IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS: 
Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. 

Right to refuse services: Sherri Studios reserves the right to refuse service and training to anyone at our discretion.
